Employee Experience Services — Onboarding, Tours, Retreats & On-Site Training
Why these services live together
These four services share one purpose: making sure employees walk in engaged, stay engaged, and grow inside your organization. They map to four moments in the employee journey — joining (digital onboarding), discovering the workplace (virtual tours), connecting with peers and leaders (retreats), and growing on the job (on-site training).
Digital Onboarding
Digital onboarding is the structured, technology-enabled process of bringing a new hire from offer-accepted to
fully productive — everything that happens before day one and through the first 90 days, delivered through a
single digital experience instead of paperwork and emails.
What our digital onboarding includes
Pre-boarding portal active from offer-accept day — welcome video, document upload, equipment requests.
Automated document collection (passport, IDs, certificates, contracts) with e-signature.
Day-one digital checklist for the new hire and their manager.
Structured 30-60-90 day learning journey delivered through milestoneLMS
Buddy and mentor matching
Automated check-ins at week 1, month 1 and month 3 with sentiment tracking
Final onboarding review with handoff to ongoing performance management
Virtual Tours
Virtual tours are immersive, interactive walkthroughs of your office, factory, retail outlet or campus. They let
candidates and new hires experience your workplace before they arrive, and they let remote stakeholders —
clients, regulators, board members — visit without travel.
Recruitment marketing — show candidates your real workplace before they accept
Onboarding day one — every new hire takes the virtual tour before they walk in
Health, safety and induction — site walkthroughs annotated with safety briefings
Sales and customer experience — showcase facilities to prospects
Investor and board updates — virtual site visits without travel cost

Frequently asked questions
How is digital onboarding different from traditional onboarding?
Traditional onboarding relies on paperwork, in-person inductions, and HR sending documents by email. Digital onboarding moves the entire process onto a single platform the new hire signs documents online, completes a structured learning journey, and meets their team digitally before day one. It typically reduces onboarding admin time by 60 percent and improves new-hire 90-day retention.
What does a corporate retreat cost?
Costs depend heavily on location, group size and duration. As a guide, in Pakistan a two-day leadership retreat for ten people typically costs PKR 1.2 to 2.5 million all-in. In the GCC, a comparable retreat ranges from USD 15,000 to USD 50,000 depending on venue. Navigation Consulting can design retreats at any budget tier.
Do you provide trainers in Arabic and Urdu?
Yes. Our facilitator pool includes native Arabic and Urdu speakers across all training categories. Most nontechnical training can be delivered in any of our three working languages. Some technical certifications
(NEBOSH, Six Sigma) are delivered in English to align with international examination standards.
Can virtual tours be used inside milestoneHRMS for onboarding?
Yes. Virtual tours are delivered as embeddable links and can be inserted into milestoneHRMS or milestoneLMS as part of the digital onboarding journey. Every new hire automatically takes the virtual tour as a preboarding step.
What is the minimum group size for on-site training?
Most non-technical workshops work best with eight to twenty participants. Below eight, we recommend executive coaching or small-group masterclasses instead. Above twenty-five, we split into parallel cohorts to maintain interaction quality. Technical training group sizes follow the relevant certification body’s guidelines.
