Does Navigation Consulting recruit blue-collar workers?
Yes. Navigation Consulting is licensed for blue-collar and overseas recruitment from Pakistan to all GCC countries. We place welders, electricians, drivers, machine operators, construction workers, hospitality staff and security personnel for employers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait.
What is the cost of executive search?
Executive search assignments at Navigation Consulting are priced on a retained model, typically one-third invoiced at engagement, one-third on shortlist delivery and one-third on placement. Total fees range from 25 to 33 percent of the candidate's first-year fixed compensation.
Do you offer a hiring guarantee?
Yes. Navigation Consulting offers a 90-day candidate replacement warranty on every permanent placement. If a candidate resigns or is terminated for cause within 90 days of joining, we replace the candidate at no additional fee.

What is the price of milestoneHRMS?
milestoneHRMS is priced per active employee per month with three tiers: SME, Business and Enterprise. Pricing starts at a low PKR or USD per-employee rate and scales with modules selected and headcount. Volume discounts apply above 250 and 1,000 employees. A 14-day free trial is available.

Should I choose HR outsourcing or HR consulting?
Choose HR consulting when you need a one-time decision made better — a strategy, a design, a system selection. Choose HR outsourcing when you need an ongoing function operated for you. What is a Talent Assessment Program?
A Talent Assessment Program (TAP) is a Navigation Consulting engagement that designs an end-to-end assessment strategy — from competency framework to tool selection, pilot, rollout and validation. A TAP typically runs three to six months and covers hiring, promotion and development assessments together.

What languages do you train in?
Navigation Consulting delivers training in English, Urdu and Arabic. Most non-technical workshops are available in any of the three. Some technical certifications — NEBOSH, Six Sigma, AWS, Azure — are delivered in English to align with international examination standards.
What is digital onboarding?
Digital onboarding is the structured, technology-enabled process of bringing a new hire from offer-accepted to fully productive — replacing paperwork and email with a single digital experience covering pre-boarding, document collection, day-one orientation, and a 30-60-90 day learning journey.
