Navigation Consulting is an HR consulting and workforce technology firm founded in 2022 to solve a specific problem: organizations in Pakistan and the GCC were managing HR through a fragmented stack of recruitment agencies, training vendors, payroll providers and software tools that didn’t talk to each other. We built Navigation as the alternative a single firm that owns the entire HR value chain end-to-end.
